An old hermit that debuts in SF3. Damn, I am not a fan of him, found him to be as bad as Menat and R. Mika.
Anyway, SF3, here we go again with GIll's nonsense, but I am glad Oro is probably the best character in SF3 against Gill though as Gill is very vulnerable to his airborne stampede moves.
